This is a book I made for my mom when she turned 50 this past year. It is definitely one of my favorite books I have ever made! I hope you enjoy it!

Beginnings
I started binding books about 2 1/2 years ago, and I love it. I had a roommate who bound some of the most beautiful books I have ever seen, and I always wanted to learn. Unfortunately, we never found the time before she left. A few months later some girls I was friends with took a bookbinding class at BYU, and taught me (kind of like auditing the class only cheaper). Needless to say, I fell in love, and have been binding books and teaching book-binding ever since.
I have been meaning to make this blog for awhile. Here you will find pictures of books I have made, and will be kept abreast of books I am making. I have made journals for purchase as Christmas or birthday presents. I'm also happy to come teach book-binding at small group functions. Be prepared for 2 2-3 hour sessions depending on group size. If you're interested, feel free to contact me and we can discuss scheduling and pricing!
